Graduation & Jackpots
Two pots. Each pool's graduation pot strikes when the pool crosses its threshold; the network-wide progressive pot draws every day.
Graduation
A pool graduates when it has raised 4.2 ETH of cumulative net WETH from buys. Graduation is a threshold event, nothing else: no migration, no liquidity move, no trading halt. The liquidity was locked at launch and the pool keeps trading in place, forever. What graduation does is strike the pool's graduation pot draw.
The graduation pot
The pot has been accumulating since launch: 50% of the pool's protocol fee share, wei-exact. At graduation it pays out in three components:

If a component has no eligible recipient (no qualifying last-10 buys, or no recorded closer), its share folds into the ticket draw. The three components always sum to the full pot, exactly.
The last-10 window and the closer are recomputed from the full trade history when the draw is committed, and published with the draw bundle so anyone can check them.
The progressive pot
The progressive pot is network-wide. It is fed continuously by 20% of every pool's protocol fee share, plus the full pot balance of any pool that dies unGraduated (see eras).

Each draw pays out the whole pot; it then rebuilds from fee flow until the next day's draw. A trade in any pool, on any day, is a ticket in that day's progressive draw. Current pot size, today's ticket total, and the next draw time are live at /v1/progressive.
Winning
Winners claim on the site with a wallet signature; a claimed prize pays out within minutes, in ETH. Unclaimed prizes stay claimable forever: there is no deadline and nothing is ever swept back. Every draw is committed before its randomness exists and every result is independently recomputable; see Fairness for the protocol and the API for the claim endpoint.
